Johnny brought home his FIRST ever homework assignment in Kindergarten. He had a book bag, and we needed to put his name on it and decorate it. So, off we went to Michael's Craft Store. We bought iron-on letters and puffy paint. It didn't take long for me to win the "Mom of the Year Award" at school this year....now did it?

No, I took this pic and sent it to the teacher. How can she say NO to a kid like that! Oh, and I sent in more money to her to cover the cost! It was a good lesson for him to learn that it's OK to make a mistake! (Every time he screws up writing thank you's he crumbles them up and throws them away!)
