Here are some more images from the BIG snow we had two weeks ago. You can see, once the ice hit, it was no fun playing in the snow anymore!

This was the 4th SNOW day we had in a row! Can you even believe this was a snow day? It looks like Spring in WI! Anyways, with all the snow, cold, and school closings for a WHOLE week here, , we were ready to get out of the house last weekend!

On Friday we had a scheduled date at the Children's Museum with some friends! We were SO glad they were open and to get out of the house!

Johnny LOVED building and racing cars with his buddy!

Bubba wanted in on the action and even went up on a ride all by himself for the first time! He looks SO old to me here! He was SO proud of himself!

Last Sunday, we went to the Nature Center that the Children's Museum owns. It was small and perfect for our kids...especially Bubba!

"Erik the Ant" made a special appearance.

As well as this "Stink Bug!"

Then we went on a walk around a GREAT park that reminded me of the Netherlands.

The kids had fun, but were VERY tired from staying up so late watching the Packer game then night before. Especially Curtis, he was EXTRA Crabby!

Hubba Bubba!

Lefty finding "treasures" as usual!

On Monday, MLK day Curtis woke up sick. (No wonder he was SO crabby on Sunday!) Bad cough and high fever. He didn't get out of bed all day. Bubba was playing cars, and he fell asleep on the playroom floor! I am ANAL about my kids napping and sleeping and this has NEVER happened to one of my kids. This should have been a sign of things to come for the week!

Tuesday brought a trip to the pediatrician office and Curtis had a bad case of pneumonia. He was given a shot in the office and sent home with two antibiotics. I took the boys out to get fresh air and opened the windows b/c I didn't want anyone else to get the cold. Tuesday night Bubba woke up with a barking cough and was awake most of that night. I thought he just had a cold because on Wednesday he was OK. Wednesday night he had a terrible night and had the highest fever, even on Tylenol and IBU. On Thursday he was lethargic....and I spent the morning in the doctors office again with another diagnosis of pneumonia! More meds and shots, and a LONG LONG full week at our house! (Remember this is after the WEEK of snow days as well! Curtis hasn't been to a full day of school since Jan. 7th!)
Here's hoping for a much calmer week this week, and a BIG Packer win against the Bears! Go Pack Go!
